Netflix’s Virgin River — review by Catherine Clark

I’m the kind of person who cries at holiday commercials, so it’s probably no surprise that I love a good cheesy show.

That’s why I was so excited to stumble across Virgin River on Netflix. It’s got everything you could want for mindless, fun entertainment — a good-looking cast, a bunch of love stories (some unrequited), and a bit of intrigue.

What’s not to like? It’s the perfect show to download for a long flight, to watch while cuddled up in bed on a cold night, or to binge while plowing through three weeks of ironing.
