Nutrition supplement AG1 by Athletic Greens
I am a creature of habit in the morning. I make the same yogurt parfait (every…morning), pour a coffee and a glass of water, and mix in a spoonful of AG1 by Athletic Greens.
I started using AG1 over a year ago, and while I am certainly not a scientist, the habit of drinking a full glass of water each morning before I eat certainly can’t hurt. Whether it’s attributable to AG1 or not, my gut health has been a lot better since starting this habit, and it’s also a good dose of hydration.
